We suggest that you order at least 2 -3 weeks in advance of your event to ensure you receive your order on time.

Due to the personalization of our items, they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. In the rare event of any errors, please contact us promptly.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order, if production has not began. You will be charged a cancellation fee at a flat rate of $5. Upon canceling your order you will receive a full refund, minus the cancellation fee flat rate of $5 to your method of payment within 3-5 business days.

A digital download is a file you can purchase and download without a physical copy.

Once received in your email, you can download and print the file as needed.

Editable Digital Downloads are files that you can purchase and make edits in programs such as Canva, Photoshop or Affinity.

All products are made to order, therefore shipping times will be determined on a per order basis. On average shipping times are 1-7 business days, unless the item is a pre-order, which will be indicated in the description.

Every order is shipped using USPS mail or UPS, both of which come with a tracking number. This tracking number is shared with you as soon as your order is shipped, allowing you to stay updated on its progress.
